James Blunt’s Tour Of Australia

Saying he’s going to play every state in Australia, James Blunt announces his return to the continent with a May-June trip that also includes a show in New Zealand.  Featuring Busby Marou on the bill, look for Blunt to play Sydney, Newcastle, Brisbane, Perth and other cities downunder.

The announcement of Blunt’s first string of shows in Australia since 2011 comes just after his new song, “Bonfire Heart,” hit No. 1 on the iTunes single chart.  Hailing from his new album, Moon Landing, the tune’s video has already gathered more than 4 million views.

The Australian tour follows Blunt’s winter-spring journey through Europe.  Here’s the itinerary:
