The R&B star is to perform with R. Kelly, Machel Montano and Bunji Garlin at the Red Light Concert Series Nov. 2, according to the Caribbean country’s Guardian.
Maharaj reportedly has sued Ne-Yo for $1 million for allegedly failing to appear for two advertised concerts.
Maharaj hasn’t said exactly how he intends to block Ne-Yo’s contracted performance, but told the Guardian there would be consequences.
“I will block it, I will take action, I will take steps,” he reportedly told the paper. “I am taking instructions from my attorney.”
