Eminem Curates Rapture

Rapture begins in Auckland, New Zealand, at Western Springs Stadium (Feb. 15), before moving on to Australia where the tour hits Melbourne’s Etihad Stadium Feb. 19, Suncorp Stadium in Brisbane Feb. 20, and ANZ Stadium in Sydney Olympic Park Feb. 22.

The hip-hop icon chose Kendrick Lamar, J. Cole and multi-platinum Aussie rapper 360.

Veteran promoter Paul Dainty said, “I am really excited to be working with Eminem on Rapture, an annual event with a long term vision of showcasing the best of the best in hip hop at affordable prices to the punter.”

Dainty’s 2011 tour of Eminem was a sellout, according to the promoter.

The New Zealand date replaces 360 with NZ rapper David Dallas.

It is Eminem’s live debut in the country.

Presale tickets will be available Oct. 24 via an exclusive Dainty Group presale but first you’ll need to register by Oct. 23. Tickets go on sale to the public Oct. 31. For more information click here.
