Lisa Wade recently filed a complaint with the Philadelphia District Attorney’s office alleging A$AP was walking through a crowd of dancing fans at the Made In America festival when he hit her for no apparent reason, according to TMZ .

The woman contends she suffered whiplash from the incident.

Since the alleged slap would be considered misdemeanor simple assault, Wade was asked to file a private complaint and provide contact information for the rapper, TMZ said.

Paperwork sent to A$AP’s record company was returned and the case will reportedly stall as it stands unless the woman is able to provide an address where the rapper can be served.
