Concert Cutter Arrested

Police in El Paso, Texas, arrested a man Oct. 22 who they allege attacked three people with a box cutter during a concert at nightclub Tricky Falls. 

Tricky Falls, which served as one of the openers for Deicide, posted a note on Facebook following the incident.

“Broken Hope just learned a fan got their throat cut with a box cutter during Broken Hope’s set tonight in El Paso,” the message reads. “Cops and paramedics are all over the place. Please send warm wishes to this fan.”

Representatives for the club told KVIA bag searches and patdowns were conducted on patrons entering the premises and said they would review security measures to see if anything further could have been done to prevent the incident.
