Walk Off The Earth Reveals North America Run

Walk Off The Earth will wear down the shoe leather in early winter 2014 when the band embarks on a headlining tour of the U.S. and Canada beginning in Minneapolis in January.  Stops include Chicago, New York and Los Angeles. Presales and general onsales launch this week.

Known for its covers of other artists’ songs as well as its own tunes, Canada’s Walk Off The Earth has been nominated for a YouTube Music Award in the Response of the Year (best fan remix, parody or response video) category for its cover of Taylor Swift’s “I Knew You Were Trouble.” The band will perform at the first YouTube Music Awards ceremony Nov. 3 in New York at Pier 36.

Walk Off The Earth will be touring in support of its album R.E.V.O. The long player includes “Red Hands,” which recently snagged a CASBY award.  Standing for Canadian Artists Selected By You, CASBY awards are presented by Toronto radio station CFNY.

The band’s newest single from R.E.V.O. is “Gang Of Rhythm.”
