Groves-Tracey Exits Napa’s Uptown
Sheila Groves-Tracey, the owner of Notable Talent who also served as executive director and talent buyer for the Uptown Theatre of Napa, Calif., has resigned the latter posts effective Oct. 29.
She’ll continue to book festivals and other events through Notable Talent, but is making room for a new project – Twin Oaks Tavern, a roadhouse outside of Petaluma, Calif., that she recently bought. Groves-Tracey told Pollstar she intends to bring live music and other events to the venue built in 1924.
She adds she looks forward to the challenge of building a new business while continuing to grow Notable Talent and pursue other booking opportunities.
