The Ringers Make Some Noise

The collection of most excellent musicians known as The Ringers will play a short run in early 2014.  Beginning with Florida’s Sunshine Blues Festivals, destinations include Atlanta, Nashville, New York, Charleston and Philadelphia.

Georgia Theatre, Athens, Ga.

The Ringers’ 2013 debut featured Aquarium Rescue Unit founding member Jimmy Herring, Wayne Krantz who has played with Steely Dan, Randy Brecker and Leni Stern, composer/musician Michael Landau, drummer Keith Carlock and bassist Etienne Mbappe (Zawinul Syndicate). 

For this tour there will be one personnel change.  Staying home with his pregnant wife, Carlock will be replaced by Gary Novak.  The son of pianist Larry Novak, the drummer has toured with several high-profile artists including Alanis Morissette, Chick Corea, Natalie Cole, George Benson, Anita Baker and Michael McDonald.
