Rod Stewart Unveils 2014 Las Vegas Shows

It doesn’t look as if Rod Stewart will conclude his Las Vegas residency at the Colosseum at Caesars Palace anytime soon.  Not only has the legendary singer announced shows for 2014 but he says he could play Sin City “forever.”

OK, maybe forever might be pushing it a bit, but there seems to be an endless demand to see Stewart at the Colosseum.  So maybe when the universe ultimately slows to an entropy-induced halt and the moon no longer shines down upon lovers, Stewart will still be playing Vegas – probably backed by Keith Richards on guitar.

But now we’re looking at Stewart backed by his most excellent band as they present one of the finest songbooks of rock.  “Rod Stewart: The Hits” lives up to its name with the rocker delivering timeless classics like “Maggie May,” “Da Ya Think I’m Sexy?” “Tonight’s The Night (Gonna Be Alright),” and “Some Guys Have All The Luck.”

The new shows are scheduled April 30 and May 2-3, 6, 10-11, 14 & 16-17.

“I could play here forever,” Stewart said.  “It’s intimate so the fans all get great seats and loads even join me on stage, which is a total blast – plus they treat me like I’m Elvis.”

Tickets go on sale Nov. 23 at 10 a.m. PST.  Meanwhile, there are still tickets available for Stewart’s remaining 2013 Colosseum  shows – Nov. 20 & 23-24.  Visit RodStewart.com for more information.
