Christopher Gray, also known as Caly Kris, was bludgeoned with a hammer when he entered his home in the early morning hours and confronted two intruders – one allegedly a 16-year-old boy, according to the Journal Sentinel.

Jonathan Sellers of Milwaukee was arrested Nov. 22 and later charged with burglary.

He remains the only suspect to be identified and charged.

Three others, including the teen, were arrested days later. According to charging documents, Sellers and his alleged accomplices planned a burglary of Gray’s home, waited for him to leave his house and broke in.

Sellers and the teen then ransacked the house.

When they heard the garage open, Sellers reportedly told investigators, the teen grabbed a hammer and both of them chased Gray into an alley, where the teen allegedly hit Gray several times in the head.

Sellers then allegedly grabbed cash and an iPhone from Gray’s pocket and the two of them were picked up by two others in a car.

Services for Gray, a father of two, took place in Milwaukee Nov. 26, as the arrests were being made.
