More ‘14 On Fire’ Dates For The Stones
Yesterday the band announced the “14 on Fire Tour” with a set of gigs downunder scheduled March 19-April 5. The last time the Stones toured Australia and New Zealand was in 2006 for “A Bigger Bang” World Tour.
Now the rockers have revealed that the tour actually kicks off with a special one-off show in Abu Dhabi Feb. 21 – a first for the band. Plus, the Stones are headed to Japan and China. An announcement promises that two more “big concerts” in Asia will be added soon.
Mick Jagger, Keith Richards, Charlie Watts and Ronnie Wood are bringing their old bandmate Mick Taylor along on tour as a special guest. The setlist will feature classic hits including “Gimme Shelter,” “Paint It Black” and “Jumping Jack Flash,” along with a couple of unexpected covers.

March 22 – Adelaide, Australia, Adelaide Oval

March 28 – Melbourne, Australia, Rod Laver Arena
March 30 – Woodend, Australia, Hanging Rock
April 2 – Boondall, Australia, Brisbane Entertainment Centre
April 5 – Auckland, New Zealand, Mt Smart Stadium
A presale for Abu Dhabi begins Dec. 9 at 12 p.m. local time, followed by the Dec. 12 general public onsale at 12 p.m.
Tickets for the Japan gigs are available via a primary sale today (Dec. 4). The general onsale is scheduled Jan. 18.
A presale for Macau launches Dec. 5 at 10 a.m. local time and the onsale begins Dec. 6 at 10 a.m.
