Milton Olin Killed In Patrol Car Crash
Milton Olin, a former VP of business development for A&M Records who went on to become Napster COO, was fatally struck by a Los Angeles sheriff’s patrol car while bicycling in suburban Calabasas Dec. 7.

Olin, 65, who was traveling in a designated bicycle lane, and the patrol car were traveling in the same direction on Mulholland Highway when the collision occurred.
While at A&M, Olin was responsible for signing artists and acquiring music rights. He was also a prominent entertainment attorney for Altschul & Olin, which he co-founded, according to the Los Angeles Times.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
