We Can’t Stop Announcing Miley Cyrus Dates

MTV’s Amy Doyle, who heads up the channel’s music and talent programming strategy, said Monday that the provocative singer is 2013’s top artist because “she dominated the music charts and critics’ best-of lists while creating some of the year’s most memorable moments.”
Cyrus will be sure to create plenty of memorable moments in 2014 when she launches her Bangerz Tour, in support of her fourth studio album of the same name, in Vancouver Feb. 14.
