Presented by Winter Circle Productions along with HUKA Entertainment and MCP Presents, BUKU is set for Blaine Kern’s Mardi Gras World March 21-22.  The fest will present artists on four unique areas ranging from the main outdoor Power Plant stage where you can see an abandoned power plant in the distance to the new Back Alley Stage giving you glimpses of the city’s Crescent City Connection bridge.  Artists will also perform on the indoor Ballroom Stage as well as BUKU’s electronic-focused Float Den Stage that’s located in a Mardi Gras float manufacturing warehouse.

How big is the lineup?  BUKU says it will host more than 45 acts for this 18-and-over event.  Also on the bill are Explosions In The Sky, Zeds Dead, Tyler, The Creator, Bone Thugs-N-Harmony, The Glitch Mob, Pusha T, Baauer B2B RL Grime, Schoolboy Q, Beats Antique, Danny Brown, Skream and more.

“Unique, progressive, quirky, and intimate – that’s the type of event BUKU is,” Winter Circle Productions / BUKU co-founder Dante DiPasquale said.  “It’s fun to see such an eclectic and artistic crowd energized by the riverside vibe, appreciating the insane amount of music we jam into the grounds, and taking advantage of the accessibility of such a small yet bountiful party in the heart of one of the coolest cities in the world.”
