Pearl Jam Makes Plans For Summer 2014

Eddie Vedder has one more thing to tell you before you head off to enjoy your weekend. Following yesterday’s news about Vedder’s solo tour in Australia, Pearl Jam has announced dates for a European tour that begins in June.

Since releasing its tenth studio album, Lightning Bolt, in October, Pearl Jam has played nearly two dozen gigs in the U.S. and Canada. Now it’s time for fans on the other side of the Atlantic to get their turn to hear the new tunes.

But first Pearl Jam is playing Big Day Out in New Zealand and Australia with six stops scheduled Jan. 17 through Feb.2. Vedder’s solo excursion downunder takes place Feb. 7-23.

The European tour features shows in Netherlands, Italy, Austria, Germany, Sweden, Norway and the U.K., along with appearances at Poland’s  and Belgium’s .

June 16 – Amsterdam, Netherlands, Ziggo Dome 
June 20 – Milan, Italy, Stadio Giuseppe Meazza 
June 22 – Trieste, Italy, Stadeo Nereo Rocco 
June 25 – Vienna, Austria, Wiener Stadthalle 
June 26 – Berlin, Germany, Kindl-Buehne Wuhlheide 
June 28 – Solna, Sweden, Stockholm Friends Arena 
June 29 – Fornebu, Norway, Telenor Arena 
July 3 – Gdynia, Poland, Festival Grounds, (Open’er Festival)
July 5 – Werchter, Belgium, Festival Park (Rock Werchter Festival)
July 8 – Leeds, U.K., First District Arena
July 11 – Milton Keynes, United Kingdom, Milton Keynes Bowl

Current Ten Club members can take advantage of a special ticket presale that begins today (Dec. 13). The public onsale begins Dec. 20. Pearl Jam’s website notes that specific on-sale times and locations will be announced in local markets.
