Hellooo … Numan!
It’s been more than 30 years since Numan became an overnight sensation with his hit single “Cars” after spending nearly a decade promoting himself as the Tubeway Army. During his career Numan has released 20 studio albums. His latest long-player, Splinter (Songs From A Broken Mind) was released on his own Machine Music imprint and was co-produced with Ade Fenton and features guitarist Nine Inch Nails axeman Robin Finck.
Playing mostly clubs, Numan embarks on his latest journey when he plays a gig north of San Diego in the oceanside community called Solana Beach. From there he heads eastward for a string of concerts including a stop at Austin’s SXSW. Here are the dates:
