Columbus Club Shooting

Police in Columbus, Ohio, are investigating a fatal shooting following a recent rap concert at the city’s Red Zone bar.

A 24-year-old man, Jeremiah Frazier, was shot in the early hours of Dec. 22, according to the Columbus Dispatch. He was taken to a nearby hospital and later pronounced dead.

The shooting followed a Rich Homie Quan performance at the venue Dec. 21, but it wasn’t the first such incident to occur at the club. A man was shot twice in the back following another Rich Homie Quan show at Red Zone Nov. 9.

City officials have reportedly asked the state to strip the club of its liquor license.

The club has had 20 cases of underage drinking and 100 calls have been made to police and fire for service at the venue, the paper said.
