The Oklahoman reports (http://bit.ly/1jEipi8) that the rapper, whose real name is Tauheed Epps, has been charged with obstructing an officer in the performance of his official duties.

The 36-year-old Epps faces a year in jail and a $1,000 fine if convicted.

An offer stopped the tour bus following an Aug. 21 concert because of a defective taillight, and reportedly smelled marijuana when the driver got out of the bus. Police say the driver refused to let police officers on the bus, and the people inside refused to exit.

Epp’s attorney says they hope the matter will be resolved soon
