Bowie Battles The Younger Dudes
David Bowie has been nominated for two Brit Awards and will be battle against acts that weren’t even born when he won his first.
Bowie, 67, who won Best British Male Solo Artist at the 1984 Brit Awards, has another chance to win it in 2014.
The other nominees in the category include Jake Bugg, James Blake, John Newman and Tom Odell.
Bowie’s also up for Best British Album, where the opposition includes Arctic Monkeys, Bastille, Disclosure and Rudimental.
