Carla Bruni performs at the Royalton Hotel in New York City.

Bruni’s three-city trip will take place after her new album, Little French Songs, lands in stores April 16.  Although she first established herself as an A-list model, Bruni has been writing songs and singing since 1997.  She began her music career as a songwriter for Julien Clerc.  From there she went on to write and record her first album, Quelqu’un m’a dit (Someone Told Me), released in 2002.

Bruni will play Montreal’s Theatre Maisonneuve April 21; New York’s Town Hall April 24 and Luckman Fine Arts Complex in Los Angeles April 26.

Bruni was scheduled to play Montreal’s Salle Wilfrid-Pelletier April 22 but that show has been moved to the Theatre Maisonneuve on April 21.  Fans who purchased tickets for the original April 22 date are asked to contact the Theatre Maisonneuve box office before March 1 to exchange their tix for the April 21 show.  If you can’t make it to the new gig you have until March 22 to receive a refund at the point of purchase.
