Swift, O’Shea Win
At Country Awards

Taylor Swift and Nashville-based husband-and-wife Australian expats O’Shea were among winners at the country music Golden Guitar awards.

The ceremony was Jan. 25 at the Tamworth Regional Entertainment & Conference Centre. Swift’s Red was the top-selling international album of the year. O’Shea won group of the year, while Luke O’Shea’s “Lady Of The Land,” which he co-wrote as a tribute to country music pioneer Joy McKean, scored song and heritage song of the year.

The two major winners of the awards were Lee Kernaghan and Sara Storer, who had four and three wins, respectively.
