Mastodon’s Headlining Rumble

Mastodon will rock across the land on a headlining tour beginning in the Pacific Northwest.  With Gojira and Kvelertak supporting, look for the metal band from Georgia to play Oakland, Los Angeles, Minneapolis and maybe even your local stomping grounds.

Mastodon has been working on its sixth studio album with producer Nick Raskulinecz (Foo Fighters, Deftones). With details forthcoming, the disc is the follow-up to the band’s 2011 release, The Hunter.

Mastodon says it will launch the tour in Seattle April 28, but has not announced the venue.
