Conor Oberst + Dawes Team Up

The members of Dawes will be working extra hard to earn their paychecks on their spring tour with Conor Oberst. In addition to opening each show as “special guests,” Dawes has signed on as Oberst’s backing band during the excursion. The journey begins in early May.

Oberst has a new solo album coming out – Upside Down Mountain – May 20 via Nonesuch Records. Here’s a sneak peek with the tune “Hundreds Of Ways.”

“Hundreds Of Way” as well as the album outtake “Fast Friends” will be available as a limited-edition seven-inch single on Record Store Day April 19.
