Rapides Ripoff

The former executive director for the Rapides Parish Coliseum in Alexandria, La., reportedly overpaid herself more than $30,000 per year according to a new legislative audit.

Kimberly Neal paid herself 14 excess paychecks and more than 500 hours of unearned leave, the audit obtained by the Town Talk noted.

Neal resigned in February 2013 and the Rapides Parish Police Jury took over management of the building a few months later.
