The $114 million, state-of-the-art facility has been in the works since 2008.

The venue is expected to host Broadway shows, live music and other events after opening in March 2016.

The PAC will offer an alternative space for shows in addition to the area’s 1,876-capacity Capitol Theatre, 2,768-capacity Abravanel Hall and 1,992-capacity Kingsbury Hall.
