Greener, Smarter, More Sustainable
Go Group’s regular seminars are making it one of Europe’s foremost green groups and it celebrates its fifth international workshop in Vienna April 7-8.
The group’s motto is: “Greener, Smarter, More Sustainable.” The Austrian workshop will feature speakers from the country’s Beatpatrol Festival, the UK’s Bucks New University, German-based Green Events Europe and Green Music Initiative and Austria’s New Design University in St.Pölten.
The first day has an open discussion on the challenges green activists face and how they can find solutions.
The second day at the Umweltbundesamt (Austria’s Federal Environmental Agency) will focus on communication and how to get further involvement from audiences.
Yourope, the European festivals’ organisation, will host a delegates dinner at the end of the first day.
Presentations, discussion and case studies from experts and major European festivals will show new perspectives and will be combined with group work and discussions on both days.
