Freihofer’s Saratoga Jazz Fest Unveils Lineup

Earth, Wind & Fire, Trombone Shorty, Terence Blanchard, Dave Holland Prism, Patti Austin and Jon Batiste & Stay Human are just a few of the artists appearing at the 37th annual Freihofer’s Saratoga Jazz Festival.

The two days of jazz happening June 28-29 at the Saratoga Performing Arts Center in Saratoga Springs, N.Y., will also feature Eddie Palmieri Salsa Orchestra, Quinn Sullivan, Dr. Lonnie Smith, and others.

Established in 1978 by Newport Jazz Festival founder George Wein, Freihofer’s Saratoga Jazz Festival has hosted the greats over the years, including Ray Charles, Miles Davis, Dave Brubeck, Wayne Shorter and B.B. King.  Artists perform on the amphitheatre’s main stage as well as the smaller Gazebo stage.
