SFX’s Awakening

SFX Entertainment has acquired two Chicago-based companies, entering into an agreement to purchase React Presents and, as part of the agreement, Clubtix, the online ticketing system used by the promotion company.

React is known for Spring Awakening Music Festival in Chicago and Summer Set Music & Camping Festival in northern Wisconsin.

React promoted nearly 200 events in Illinois, Wisconsin and Michigan in 2013, drawing more than 375,000 people, according to a statement.
