Also known as State Farm Center.

Officials decided to cancel the game between the Hoosiers and the University of Iowa’s Hawkeyes at the 17,400-capacity venue in order to assess the damage caused by the eight-foot long, 50-pound steel beam that was loosened from the ceiling when melting snow and ice pushed water behind the beam.

Inspectors were said to have found two or three other areas where plates were loose but not in danger of falling.

Indiana University Athletic Director Fred Glass said all repairs have been made and the arena has been deemed safe for use.

School officials are working with Iowa officials to reschedule the Big Ten Conference game.
