SMG has promoted John Bolton to VP of SMG Entertainment.

Bolton was most recently GM for SMG in Tulsa, Okla., managing a multi-complex campus of venues.

Meanwhile, Jon Petrunak, a veteran of SMG, has joined Live Nation Arenas and is once again working alongside Mike Evans, president of the division.
