Modest Mouse On The Road
Fans have been waiting since the release of 2007’s We Were Dead Before the Ship Even Sank for a new LP. Modest Mouse hasn’t mentioned the word “album” on its Facebook or Twitter accounts since breaking the news last June that the European tour was being called off.
At that time the band said, “We do appreciate our fans and promise that we will make it up to you next year. … We look forward to sharing our new music with the world next year.”
Isaac Brock and Co. kick off their 2014 schedule with two nights in Portland May 1-2. The itinerary includes appearances at
Plus, the band is playing the first night at the “Yuengling Summer Concert Series” in Bethlehem Pa., at SteelStacks. The series is held at SteelStack’s Levitt Pavilion, which is located at the base of the former Bethlehem Steel industrial plant.

Presale tickets for the Bethlehem show went on sale today to ArtsQuest members.
Additional presales for select shows begin March 12. Tickets go on sale to the general public March 14.
