Now Accepting Cocaine

A Gulfport, Miss., man pleaded guilty March 6 to a drug distribution charge reportedly stemming from a deal to trade a former nightclub for 12 kilos of cocaine.

The Sun Herald reported that Victor Darnell Williams faces 10 years to life when he is sentenced in U.S. District Court June 5.

Federal agents arrested Williams after he signed an agreement last August to transfer ownership of a building he co-owned that formerly housed two nightclubs to an unnamed purchaser in exchange for the drug haul reportedly worth more than $300,000, the paper said.
