Miley Cyrus’ Tour Bus Catches Fire

One of Miley Cyrus’ tour buses went up in flames Monday night on its journey from Houston to New Orleans. The pop star’s younger sister Noah alerted fans to the incident with several posts on Twitter and Instagram, including videos showing a burst of flames.

Nobody was injured in the accident. Reports indicate that Miley was not on the bus.

The video below shows the bus on fire in the distance along with a close up of the smoking vehicle. Noah also instagrammed the aftermath of the incident, with an image of the inside of the bus.

“Thank u God for keeping us safe,” Noah tweeted early Tuesday morning. She added, “Yes, everyone got out safe no one is injured what so ever!! everything is okay!!”

Miley retweeted Noah’s initial tweet about the incident that said, “Cyrus bus down!!!!”

The fire was reportedly caused by a tire that exploded, according to TMZ, which notes that Noah and the Cyrus sisters’ mother were traveling on the bus.

After performing in Houston Sunday, Miley plays New Orleans’ Smoothie King Center tonight. Next stop after that is Thursday’s show in Tampa.
