Victims say they responded to a flier to book the rapper that was posted on Instagram, were allegedly put in touch with a man claiming to be Boosie’s brother, then asked to wire $25,000, according to TMZ.

But after the money was wired, the man was never heard from again.

A contract listed Giovany Productions as the company involved in the dealings but phone numbers were apparently out of order.

The rapper told TMZ he never gave the company permission to book him and that his brother was not involved in the bookings in question.
