$42 Million Arena Wish List

Time Warner Cable Arena in Charlotte, N.C., has been open less than nine years, but its primary tenant – the NBA’s Charlotte Bobcats – and local tourism officials have submitted a wish list of improvements totaling nearly $42 million.

The list includes site improvements, moving the ticket office, renovating restaurants and suite improvements, according to the Charlotte Observer.

The team and the Charlotte Regional Visitors Authority conducted the review as a provision of the 25-year l, home of the NFL’s Carolina Panthers.
