Danity Kane’s No Filter Tour

The current lineup of the group, which formed on the third edition of MTV’s “Making the Band” reality TV series in 2005, features Shannon Bex, Aundrea Fimbres, Aubrey O’Day, Dawn Richard. After splitting in 2009, the pop/R&B act reunited for a few gigs in December.

The “No Filter Tour” begins in May.  

“Danity Kane is reuniting to give our fans the double-platinum selling music of our past as well as a preview of the upcoming album in the ‘DK No Filter Tour,’” the girls announced in the video posted below.

“The symbol for the tour is our unfiltered selfies in a mosaic compiled of over 100,000 unfiltered images that you – our fans – sent in. Danity Kane is doing this for you. Just for you. We want to promote, see, give and show you a real, unrestricted, uncensored, unfiltered life! This is the reason we do what we do. This is why we make the music we make and this is how we see the world! Be you. Be unfiltered.”

Danity Kane’s new album, the follow-up to 2008’s Welcome To The Dollhouse, is reportedly due out later this year.
