Peter Murphy In Like A Lion

After spending 2013 celebrating 35 years of Bauhaus with tours through the U.S. and Europe dedicated to the band’s material, Peter Murphy has announced a North American tour to go along with his tenth solo album.

Lion is due out June 3. The 11-track album was produced by Youth (Killing Joke, The Verve). Murphy’s PR reps say the album “sustains a heart-in-throat tension from start to finish” thanks to songs that have “an elegant master of tone – bass heavy, stark, shimmering and symphonic.”
