Rolling Stones Australia/New Zealand Update

Two weeks after The Rolling Stones postponed its “14 On Fire” shows in Australia and New Zealand, the band announces it will now play those countries in the fall. As to when and where, well, that’s up in the air.

The Rolling Stones were already in Australia when the body of Mick Jagger’s girlfriend L’Wren Scott was discovered in her New York home, a victim of an apparent suicide.  Initially the band postponed the tour’s first show – Perth Arena on March 19 – before deciding to push back the entire run.

Now the band is saying the shows will happen sometime between Oct. 25 and Nov. 22, although no exact dates have been announced.  As you might guess, fans are being asked to hold on to their tickets “until further notice.”
