Jackson Browne’s Acoustic Summer

Jackson Browne has filled up his summer calendar with solo acoustic dates set for July through August. However, he will do a couple of full-band shows on the East Coast.

Browne’s next North American adventure begins July 2 in Omaha. Playing guitar and piano, the master singer/songwriter will vary each night’s set.

But this summer journey won’t be completely acoustic/solo. He’ll have a band backing him on two shows with John Fogerty – Holmdel, N.J., Aug. 4 and Wantagh, N.Y., Aug. 5.[

You can also expect two albums this year. Commemorating the 40th anniversary of his Late For The Sky album, Browne will release a re-mastered version on 180gram vinyl as well via all digital platforms and on CD in a new eco-digipak in a partnership between Rhino Records and Inside Recordings.

A member of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and the Songwriter’s Hall Of Fame, Browne will also release an album of new music in the fall.
