Swift Sells Out Asia

Taylor Swift‘s “Red” tour makes it to Asia this summer for seven dates, though based on how well ticket sales have gone so far she could have easily booked more.

All the concerts are already sold out.

The Shanghai show, her only stop in China, sold out in “less than a minute,” according to Music Times, which is apparently a new record in the People’s Republic.

The Madison Square Garden. Tickets for Swift’s Tokyo concert, her only in Japan, also sold out quickly, though it took a full day, probably because the Saitama Super Arena holds more people.

For the record, the “Red” tour hits Shanghai May 30, Tokyo June 1, Jakarta June 4, Manila June 6, Bangkok June 9, Kuala Lumpur June 11 and Singapore June 12.
