Beyoncé & Jay Z Are ‘On The Run’
How big is this tour? Presenter Live Nation sums it up in terms of accomplishments, saying music’s famous couple represents 300 million records sold globally and that Beyoncé and Jay Z have 36 Grammys on the trophy shelf.
Today’s announcement also describes the couple as “two philanthropists” and says the tour, in partnership with #BeyGOOD, will donate one dollar for every ticket purchased to the Shawn Carter Foundation to support students. A portion of the proceeds from each Chase Lounge VIP ticket will also go to the foundation.
