Robert Plant, Philip Glass Playing Nonesuch Records’ 50th

Nonesuch Records is celebrating 50 years in style. Instead of just a one-night event, the anniversary festivities will be held over 23 evenings at the Brooklyn Academy of Music with performances from Robert Plant and the Sensational Space Shifters, Philip Glass and Devendra Banhart.

The concert series, dubbed “Nonesuch Records at BAM: Celebrating a Label Without Labels,” represents a variety of Nonesuch artists that some might label under genres including classical, contemporary, jazz, traditional American, world, pop and alternative, as well as music theatre.
