Ibiza Dreams Team Announces Fests

The Ibiza Dreams team came together in October and said there’d be two festivals in Germany, at the HockenheimRing in Baden-Wurttemberg and Berlin, and others in Israel, Turkey, Switzerland and Romania.

They are in Turkey at Sarisu Beach in Antalya (Aug. 5-7) in Israel near the Sea of Galilee (Aug. 7-9) and in northern Switzerland at Allmend Gunzgen (Aug. 8-10).

“Having promoted and produced some of the biggest artists and events on the planet, I am excited to be joining forces with IBZ Entertainment to bring a world beating electronic music festival to Europe and beyond,” Avram said when the new company announced its arrival. “These events are not only an Ibiza Dream but also my dream which we are about to make a reality.”

Avram has been a well-known international promoter for decades, while Whittle has been a leader of the electronic and dance music scene for nearly 20 years.

He spent 12 years as brand director for Pacha, booking and promoting shows and events for Pacha Ibiza and Pacha nightclubs around the world. Netto is also a veteran of Pacha and has spent almost 20 years working in the electronic music scene.

He was responsible for setting up the management and touring department at Pacha and has produced shows on every continent.

In 2013, Whittle and Netto formed IBZ Entertainment, an Ibiza-based, international music entertainment company backed by Y Entertainment Group LLC. The acts lined up to appear at one or more of the new festivals include Calvin Harris, Avicii, Paul Oakenfold, Paul van Dyk, Pete Tong, and Steve Aoki.
