It’s Porter Robinson’s World …

And we just dance and wave our glow sticks in it.  However, EDM producer / DJ Porter Robinson promises a different experience when he launches his tour on the West Coast in late August.

Supporting his debut album, worlds, Robinson says his upcoming tour will feature “manipulating multi-tracks, triggering samples, playing midi keys and using controllers” in his quest to deliver a “fully-live affair” that’s completely different from his previous DJ gigs.

Although worlds doesn’t arrive in stores until Aug. 12, the album on Astralwerks has already spawned the singles “Sad Machine” and “Sea Of Voices.”
