Miniature Tigers Plot Big Summer Run

Releasing a new album next month, Miniature Tigers kicks off a road trip beginning in New York in July.  Playing mostly clubs, the band will also hit a few festivals, including First City in Monterey, Calif, Midpoint in Cinncinati and Austin City Limits.

While the tour launch is more than a month away, you’ll have some new music to add to your Miniature Tigers catalog a bit sooner when Cruel Runnings drops June 17 on YEBO music.

“I wanted to make something like Weezer’s Blue Album,” Miniature Tigers guitarist/vocalist/songwriter Charlie Brand said. “Not exactly the album, but the feeling of listening to that album at age whatever.  Something with that feel that could connect with people.”

And you’ll have several chances to connect with the band during its coast-to-coast outing.  Here are the dates:
