Susan Boyle In The USA

Ever since Susan Boyle amazed the judges on “Britain’s Got Talent” in 2009, her marvelous voice has been celebrated throughout the world.  Now comes word of her first U.S. tour beginning in October.

Boyle was probably the last person anyone thought would be a singing sensation.  But when she appeared before judges Simon Cowell, Amanda Holden and Piers Morgan, the Scottish songbird amazed the world with her rendition of “I Dreamed A Dream” from Les Misérables.

Boyle’s first tour of the U.S. begins in early October in San Diego and wraps in Jacksonville, Fla., one month later.  Stops include Phoenix, Atlanta, Kansas City and San Francisco.

“This is a brilliant moment for me,” Boyle said.  “I am so very proud to be announcing that I will be performing in my very own tour in the USA.  This really is fantastic.  The past five years have been incredible and it just keeps getting better.  I have spoken so often about wanting to tour America and be able to visit different cities for the first time, I’m so excited.  This really will be fantastic and I can’t wait for October.”
