LeBron James hobbles off the court after suffering from some gnarly cramps June 5.

The problem was rectified the next day, in time for a Romeo Santos concert. That no doubt comes as good news for James, who complained of muscle cramps he attributed to the elevated heat during pregame warm-ups.

The game went on as scheduled despite the outage, with the host San Antonio Spurs winning 110-95.

Temperatures measured in the mid-80s inside the arena during the game.

Spurs officials didn’t immediately identify the reason the air conditioning units failed, but issued a statement during the second half saying there was an “electrical failure.”

The next day, Spurs spokesman Carlos Manzanillo told the San Antonio Express-News that the problem was fixed.

“The AC system has been tested, is fully operational and will continue to be monitored,” he told the paper. “The upcoming events at the AT&T Center, including the Romeo Santos concert tonight, the Stars game on Saturday night and Game 2 of the NBA Finals on Sunday, will go on as scheduled. We apologize for the conditions in the arena during last night’s game.”

The events went off without a hitch; James scored 35 points and the Heat went on to notch a 98-96 Game 2 victory.
