Another Round Of Chvrches Dates

Chvrches has filled out its September and October schedule with nearly a dozen U.S. dates. The gigs are slotted around the electro-pop band’s previously announced appearances at Pygmalion Music Festival in Champaign, Ill., and Austin City Limits Music Festival.

The Scottish trio, which graced Pollstar’s cover a few weeks ago, is wrapping a run of June North American dates. Tonight Chvrches plays Columbus, Ohio, and on Wednesday the act will be in Pittsburgh. Supporting its debut, 2013’s The Bones of What You Believe, the band has a busy weekend ahead with appearances at Bonnaroo in Manchester, Tenn., on Friday and Northside Festival in Brooklyn on Sunday.

The summer is dedicated to festival after festival, from England’s Glastonbury to Norway’s Slottsfjell Festival to Australia’s Splendour In The Grass.

Oct. 5 – Miami Beach, Fla., Fillmore Miami Beach At Jackie Gleason Theater
Oct. 6 – Tampa, Fla., The Ritz Ybor
Oct. 7 – Lake Buena Vista, Fla., House Of Blues
Oct. 8 – Atlanta, Ga., The Buckhead Theatre

Tickets go on sale Friday, June 13 at 10 a.m. local time.
