Jack White – From Kansas City To London

Jack White’s second solo effort, “Lazaretto,” is out today. To mark the occasion, tonight’s show at The Fonda in Los Angeles is being live-streamed on NPR.org. In other Jack White news, he’s announced new summer U.S. gigs as well as a handful of European dates.

The Fonda performance starts at 9:30 p.m. PDT at NPR.org as part of NPR Music’s First Listen Live series.

After playing “The Tonight Show” on Monday, the former White Stripes frontman’s late night tour continues with a performance Wednesday on “Conan” on TBS at 11 p.m. EDT/10 p.m. CDT.

Yesterday Newport Folk Festival revealed it had booked White July 26. Here are the other gigs added to his itinerary this week:

A Vault member presale began today. Tickets will be available to the public Friday, June 13, with the European onsale at 9 a.m. local time and North America at 10 a.m. local time. The only exception is Boston, which has a Vault presale June 17 at 10 a.m. EDT and general onsale June 20 at 10 a.m. EDT.
