Construction begins this summer on the new, 15-story, 300,000-square-foot building at 1201 Demonbreun where WME Nashville will be the lead tenant, occupying about 26,000 square feet of space, according to the Tennessean.

The move affords the agency some room to expand from the roughly 17,500 square feet of its present home.

“It’s an opportunity to move into a premium space that’s reflective of the artists we work with,” WME Nashville’s co-head Greg Oswald told the paper. “We look forward to sharing it with our employees and clients, who have all contributed to the agency’s success.”

The move into a more spacious office reflects the growth of WME, most recently with the addition of Kevin Neal and clients including Jason AldeanFlorida Georgia LineColt Ford, and Parmalee.

The company adds that roster to one that already includes Miranda LambertBrad PaisleyBlake SheltonThe Band PerryEric ChurchLuke Bryan and Lee Brice. Hastings Architecture Associates is handling design of the $95 million project.
